PMI came to us needing a complete refresh of their online presence to secure their position as a market leader in consultancy, training and digital transformation. Their existing site was tired and dated and did not reflect there current strategy.

The initial brief covered a two-month improvement process to overhaul their existing website, including new branding, website design and development and updates to the platform as a whole and its scope interactivity.


What we did

After enhancing PMI’s current brand identity we set to work optimising the website, re-designing key pages and developing a new site navigation and user experience including the installation of best-practice technical SEO, improving slow load times and fixing bugs and outdated plugins.


The Result

PMI’s new site now clearly communicates their authority within the consultancy space, whilst ensuring a smooth, simple and engaging customer journey to encourage enquiries. Subtle animation, eye-catching design features and clarity across fonts and colours create a more polished and professional impression fully reflective of PMI’s knowledge and experience. SEO has been significantly enhanced, enabling them to simultaneously increase brand awareness, maximise organic search and claim greater market share and reach.
