When they came to us, the company’s online presence was in desperate need of some TLC. Their existing website was years out of date and was full of old job posts – an unappealing and confusing prospect for potential clients. On top of this the site lacked key information and enthusiasm, failing to properly present Madisons USPs, experience and value to recruiters and candidates alike.
The company’s new site needed to appeal to all levels of construction worker from brickies to quantity surveyors on the front end, as well as seamlessly integrating between their backend CRM to automatically feed jobs to the website via enhanced back-end functionality.
We completely redesigned and rebuilt the website for Madisons creating a user-friendly, accessible interface with a fresh new look and feel. Based on extensive independent research conducted into the ideal user experience for their target market, we were able to cultivate enhanced appeal and interest using a variety of functional and design-led techniques.
The site now has a vibrant, fresh aesthetic, incorporating the company’s iconic red branding throughout. User experience and functionality are now seamless and simple – with key information and vacancies all easily located thanks to the handy search feature accessible via the homepage. The new site incorporates some animation and moving elements, spicing up what would ordinarily be a fairly straightforward, corporate online presence.
On the back end the site is also fully integrated with recruitment software interface Logic Melon, to pull jobs through providing real-time data and a constantly updated stream of vacancies that can be viewed on the site at all times.
