The Brief

Collaborative communications software company OneBot came to us with an exciting and diverse brief. First, they needed to overhaul their brand identity with a contemporary new logo that fully represented the innovative, forward-thinking nature of their offering. Next, a new website to match – replacing their old-school, stock image-led site and bringing it right up to date with a fun, friendly feel and modern edge. To bring the site to life animations and moving elements were also required, offering an interactive and engaging user experience for their target market of IT managers and project managers.

Our Approach

To refresh OneBot’s online presence with a more current feel our goal was to first create an uber-cool, modern brand, following up with an engaging user experience to match, more closely reflecting the company’s positioning as a collaborative and easy to use platform. This involved doing away with the stuffy stock imagery, replacing it with a vibrant, clean and colourful aesthetic accentuated with deep purples and warm reds.

To introduce a fun element and a touch of interactivity we also created slick transitions in Adobe After Effects and exported them as Lottie files, producing bespoke animations which reflect OneBot functions and features, further enhancing and revitalising the site.
